Darlin Gonzalez joined Amerijet in December 2020 as an HR Coordinator and quickly distinguished herself as a dynamic and results-driven professional within the Human Resources department. Over the years, she has held key roles of increasing responsibility—including Labor Relations Specialist, HR Business Partner, and HR Manager—gaining comprehensive experience across a broad spectrum of HR functions.

In her current role as Director of Human Resources, Darlin leads the strategic direction and execution of HR initiatives across the organization, aligning people strategies with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and industry best practices. Her areas of oversight include workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, labor relations, payroll, and benefits administration. She is recognized for her insightful and people-centric leadership style, and for building strong strategic partnerships with business units to foster a culture where individuals feel supported, engaged, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Darlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Minor in Business from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, and is a SHRM-certified Human Resources professional.
