Make Shipment Reservations

At Amerijet, we offer a variety of ways for you to book freight or make your shipment reservation.

Online Bookings

Call us

Amerijet’s representatives are available to help you with your shipment reservation. Please call us at 1-800-927-6059 or 305-593-5500 or contact your local Amerijet office.

Please have the following information ready when placing a reservation:

  • Origin city
  • Destination city
  • Total number of pieces
  • Total weight of shipment
  • Dimensions (length, width and height) of each piece you will be shipping
  • A description of the goods

Once you complete your reservation, you will receive an Amerijet eight-digit air waybill number. This air waybill number is used as a reference number when tendering the shipment to Amerijet. 

EDI (Electronic Data Interface):

Amerijet invites all its customers to connect with us via EDI. We follow standards and protocols set by IATA via Cargo-IMP platforms, such as Decartes and Champ, and XML-based messages. To connect with Amerijet via EDI, please email..; or call us at ..
