Why is Amerijet making changes to import operations during Peak Season?
To better manage increased cargo volumes during the busy season, Amerijet will temporarily relocate certain dry import operations to Alliance Ground International (AGI) facilities.
When will this change take effect?
The change will be effective from October 20, 2025 through January 6, 2025.
Which shipments are affected by this change?
Only Dry Cargo and Dangerous Good imports will be handled at AGI facilities during this period.
What shipments are not affected by this change?
All other services including Perishables, Live Animals, Post Office Mail and Human Remains will continue as usual from our Amerijet facilities.
Where is the temporary import facility located?
Alliance Ground International (AGI) | 1651 NW 68 Avenue, Miami, FL. Operating Hours: 8:00 am – 10:00 pm, Monday through Sunday
How will billing and payment be handled?
Billing process will remain the same. There will be Amerijet employees stationed at AGI facilities processing payments and fees.
Will there be any changes to storage fees?
Storage fee will apply 24 hours after the time of arrival of the cargo. To view all Amerijet surcharges, please log into your Amerijet MyCargo account.
Will staffing be affected?
No. Amerijet employees will be stationed at AGI facilities to ensure all standard procedures are followed and your cargo is handled with care.

How do I ship animals?

What are valuables?
At Amerijet, we understand the importance of handling valuable cargo with the utmost care, security, and precision. Our Valuable Cargo Services are specifically designed to ensure the safe and reliable transportation of high-value items. Amerijet defines valuable goods as items which have a declared value for carriage of USD $450 or more, per pound or any other individual item with a declared value, invoice value, or appraised value in excess of USD $25,000.
