A third party who helps organize and coordinate shipments on behalf of individuals or businesses by contracting with one or more carriers to transport the goods.
Direct Shipper/Company
A company that books cargo space directly with an airline without the involvement of intermediaries such as third-party logistics providers/forwarders.
Direct Shipper/Individual
A person who ships goods directly with an airline without the involvement of intermediaries such as third-party logistics providers/forwarders.
E-com Customer
A person who uses an airline to ship orders.
