Amerijet International Airline’s Miami warehouse facility is a central part of its cargo operation. Cargo Handler, Angel Del Valle has served Amerijet for 12 years, with both his brother and father having also worked for the company. Angel values his team’s experience. “Most people working during my shift have been with Amerijet for more than 10 years and diversity has increased,” stated Angel. “New employees benefit from the level of experience at our warehouse because they can be mentored by multiple people. There is a great camaraderie among our teams.”
