Amerijet Enhances Senior Leadership Team

Miami, Florida (June 28, 2018): Vic Karjian, CEO of Miami-based all-cargo carrier Amerijet International, Inc.
today announced key enhancements to the Amerijet leadership team with the appointment of Jon Olin as Senior Vice President for
Corporate Strategy and Administration, and Derry Huff to the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing from his current role as
Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.

Jon Olin will be responsible for developing and guiding strategic growth opportunities for the company, and leading various administrative functions for Amerijet International Airlines. He has over 20 years of aviation and logistics experience in the areas of law, risk, regulation, and general management.

According to Karjian, “Olin rounds out a highly experienced, industry-diverse executive team for Amerijet. He brings to the company a unique strategic outlook as well as significant integrator and all-cargo ACMI aviation industry experience, adding to our foundation of strong leadership that will drive Amerijet’s current and future growth initiatives.”

In his new role, Derry will oversee the overall sales, marketing, and development of the Amerijet portfolio of products, including domestic and international scheduled air and RFS services, interline, charter sales, new route/market development and the management of corporate level relationships with its major forwarder accounts.

“Derry will continue to make an important contribution to the company in this new role. Being with Amerijet for almost 30 years, he has seen the company change and grow and will continue to use his vast amount of experience to propel us to the next level,” added Karjian.

Prior to Amerijet, Jon spent 15 years as a top executive with the world’s largest logistics company, Deutsche Post-DHL. Subsequently, he was part of an executive team that completed a successful corporate turnaround and strategic sale of private-equity backed Southern Air, a global wide-body all-cargo air carrier, as its Chief Administrative Officer. Jon was a Fulbright Scholar to Spain, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa, a Master’s Degree in Transnational Business Practice from the University of the Pacific, and a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University.

Since joining Amerijet in 1989, Derry has held the positions of Second Officer, First Officer and Captain on the Boeing 727, as well as Chief Pilot and Director of Operations. In 2008, he transitioned from operations to Business Development, where he leveraged his extensive operations experience to support the commercial growth of Amerijet. Derry holds an MBA from Florida International University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Amerijet is an all-cargo airline with B767-200/300 Freighter aircraft, operating globally from its Miami hub, flying scheduled and non-scheduled high value, temperature controlled, pharmaceutical, oversized and project, hazardous materials, small package, time sensitive air freight and mail to points in the Caribbean, Central and South America, Mexico and Europe. The company handles over 300 million pounds of air freight per year during normal flight operations supported with scheduled road feeder services to Miami from offices in Houston, Atlanta, New York, Chicago and Los Angeles.
