Rule No. 55: CARGO NOT ACCEPTABLE

DATE: 02/16/21

Notwithstanding any other provisions or Rules set forth in this Tariff, the following cargo will not be accepted by the Carrier for carriage:

  1. Any articles prohibited by United States Federal Aviation and Government Regulations.
  2. Any articles which may pose a danger to aircraft, persons, property, or cause annoyance to passengers or crew.
  3. Any articles prohibited by the laws or regulation of any country to be transported or flown from, to into or over.
