Throughout his 20-year tenure, he held roles of increasing responsibility in network planning, load planning, and service operations.

As the VP of Operational Network Planning, Alfonso leads the Operational Network Planning and Crew Planning teams for Amerijet to ensure strategic planning and collaboration on network demands and coordinates efforts and projects between various flight, maintenance, ground, and commercial teams.
