Jose “Joey” Narvaez has taken on the role of Vice President of Ground Operations at Amerijet International Airlines, where he is focused on driving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, fostering collaboration, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. As a hands-on executive, Joey is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing planning and coordination, and ensuring cost-effective processes that align with Amerijet’s goals.

Joey joins Amerijet with an impressive 37-year career at FedEx Express, where he began as a part-time courier in New York City and steadily advanced through various leadership roles. His experience includes serving as Director of Operations across Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, South America, and Central America. In his most recent role as Director of Planning & Engineering for Latin America, he managed Air Network, Fleet, Station and Ramp Operations, Healthcare, Facilities, Customer Service, and Field Engineering.

With his deep expertise in logistics and operations, Joey is well-equipped to contribute to Amerijet’s mission of delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
