Raymond (Ray) Bennett joined Amerijet in August 2021 with over 30 years of aviation industry experience. Prior to Amerijet, Bennett was the Senior Vice President and GM of Customer Service and Support to the Americas at Meggitt. He is experienced at driving customer service, strategic planning, and project management.
Ray spent over a decade leading maintenance professionals at Delta Air Lines. He served as the VP of Maintenance and Technical Services for CHC Helicopter where he managed a fleet of approximately 200 helicopters and a global team of over 1,000 people across multiple continents, bases, and regulatory agencies.
Bennett has a bachelor’s in finance from Georgia State University and a Federal Aviation Administration airframe and powerplant license.
A Miami native, Bennett returned to Miami after a few decades of living and working in multiple locations. When not watching planes fly, he enjoys travel, time on the water, family, and friends.
